Go Air jump on board again with RPS Technology as third site is launched

Telecommunications specialist, RPS Technology Solutions has helped trampoline park Go Air get tech-ready for the launch of the firm's third site which opens in Swansea this week, with the installation of a brand new internet-based telephony system which works seamlessly across all 3 sites.
After working with South Wales-based Go Air over the past twelve months to provide a tailored telecommunications package for the firm's Cardiff and Manchester sites, Founder and Chairman Jez James and General Manager Matt Lissack called on RPS Technology once again to advise on the best way to utilise internet telephony efficiently across all three sites as Swansea was brought on board.
RPS Technology recommended and installed a centralised telephone booking system which will route callers directly a central bookings team to progress enquiries and confirm reservations. Resource will be planned to ensure staff are available over a 12 hour period to respond to customer queries and take bookings.

"We carried out some analysis with existing sites which found that front of house receptionists were extremely busy dealing with face to face bookings and customer queries, meaning that many telephone queries were being missed or going straight to an answer phone. With staff unable to respond to customer calls, the quality of customer service was compromised and a considerable chunk of revenue was being missed.
"We suggested the centralised telephone booking system which will be implemented quickly to cover enquiries across all 3 sites. The solution will also allow RPS and Go Air to track peak call times, enabling the business to do some resource planning and organise staff shifts."
