RPS take Bristol by Storm

Sunday 16th December 2018

Cwmbran-based telecommunications provider, RPS Technology Solutions, is taking Bristol by storm providing solutions to an ever-growing customer base.

Based in Cwmbran but working with clients across the UK, RPS is very much at the forefront of the industry and its ever-changing diversification. The Telecommunications provider prides itself on its tailored service. The company specialises in providing innovative, bespoke solutions for each individual company that they work with.

A large proportion of the company's clients come to them through recommendation and RPS pride themselves on their impeccable customer service records. Therefore, being recognised as 'Highly Commended' by ITSPA was a fantastic confirmation for the team of their success and continued hard work this year.

Confirming this statement, Ross Owen, Managing Director at Alphabyte, says "Alphabyte IT has a close relationship with RPS, we work with many Communication providers. However, RPS is the only communications company we recommend to our clients. We recommend RPS due to their work ethic, I am confident when a job is passed to RPS the job just gets done.

"They are consistently reliable, and never pass off the job as 'someone else's issue'. When one of my clients is dealing with constant line interruptions or slow internet speeds, I do not hesitate to contact RPS, not only do they give a better service than most communication providers, but they also meet to discuss to truly understand the client's needs."

RPS are able to supply telecom solutions for clients of varying sizes, from just one phone to over 100 users including call center solutions.

All of this has culminated in the Welsh company expanding over the bridge with several recognizable names.

One of which is one of the leading Spanish food and drink outlets in Wales, Bar 44, who after achieving great success with RPS in their three Welsh restaurants have now asked for their assistance with their Bristol venture.

Tom Morgan, Co-Founder and Owner of Bar 44, said "Bar 44 first teamed up with RPS in 2015 and have enjoyed a fantastic relationship over the last three years. They have overhauled our telecoms and introduced new technology which has made the whole 44 Group much more efficient and communication between staff, units and customers is now much more efficient.

"Nothing is ever too much trouble with a reassuring personal touch from Ron and all the team at RPS Technologies"

Confirmation of RPS's diversity and ability to tailor their services for all lines of business is showcased in their relationship with Chartered Management Accountants and Tax Advisors, Evans Entwistle.

Damian Evans and Lisa Entwistle-Evans, Partners at Evans Entwistle, comments how "We have retained the services of RPS for many years for our Cardiff practice, and when we ourselves chose to expand to Bristol with the acquisition of another accountancy and tax firm, we knew that RPS would propose and implement a suitable telephony solution to meet our growing needs. We now have a seamless VOIP system which means calls can be transferred between locations and internally between staff members, meaning that the two offices are fully integrated from a communications perspective"

Ron Griffiths, Managing Director of RPS, said: "We pride ourselves on being able to produce a fully bespoke system to suit our client's needs. We're dedicated to ensuring that every customer is completely happy with their system and service. We are delighted that we have ventured over the bridge, assisting with our current client's new ventures and also starting new business relationships. We are very excited for our future both inside and outside of Wales."
