Maid to Help Cleaning Specialists are a local cleaning specialist with years of experience in the residential and commercial cleaning industry.

They contacted us as they were looking to move to a new office space and needed a connectivity and telephony solution.

Solution

Firstly we provided Maid to Help with new Cardiff and Newport numbers. We then installed our RPS Communicator apps whilst we were waiting for the broadband to go live. This meant the staff could take calls within days of initially speaking to us.

Once the connectivity was onsite we installed desk phones for the office users. When calls come in both the office and on the go staff can answer the calls ensuring customer enquiries are answered efficiently and they never miss an important call.
